COMAIC Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the COMAIC mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

COMAIC is a comic creation app that transforms your photos into personalized comics in various art styles including Comic, Manga, Manhwa, Manhua, and Seinen. The App uses AI-powered image generation to create comic pages from the characters and stories you provide.

2. Subscriptions and Credits

• The App offers Weekly ($3.99/week, 60 credits) and Monthly ($14.99/month, 360 credits) subscription plans.
• Each comic page costs 3 credits to generate.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating comics. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you upload and that they do not infringe on any third party's rights.

4. Generated Content

Comics generated by the App are created using AI and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The generated content may not be used for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or credit systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and original content are owned by COMAIC and protected by intellectual property laws. The COMAIC name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated comics will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMAIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
