COMAIC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how COMAIC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the COMAIC mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Photos you provide: When you add character photos for comic creation, these images are sent to our server for processing. We do not store your photos after processing is complete.
• Device information: We may collect basic device identifiers for app functionality, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Usage data: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, screen views, and feature interactions. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to improve the App. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers and IP addresses; see Firebase Privacy for details.
• Subscription data: Purchase and subscription status is managed through the App Store. We receive subscription status information but do not process or store payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized comics based on your photos and preferences.
• To manage your subscription and credit balance.
• To improve the App and troubleshoot issues.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our services.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• AI processing providers: Your photos and prompts are sent to third-party AI services for comic generation. Their respective privacy policies apply to this processing.
• Analytics providers: Anonymous usage data is shared with Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used. This data is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
• Payment processors: In-app purchases and subscription management are handled by third-party services.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Generated comics are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a copy of your generated comics on our servers. Character photos are transmitted for processing only and are not retained after comic generation.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored app data at any time through the Settings screen. Since we do not maintain server-side user accounts or persistent data, there is no additional data to request deletion of.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
